Stax傘下のEnterpriseから73年にリリースされたアルバム「Ghetto: Misfortune’s Wealth」が時を超えて再評価されたグループ=24カラット・ブラックの未発表音源発掘盤第二弾！1974年に録音され、本来ならば彼らの2ndアルバムとしてリリースされていたはずの「Gone: The Promises Of Yesterday」に続きここに発掘されたのは、1980年以降に、このプロジェクトの首謀者デイル・ウォーレンが録り溜めていた音源。女性シンガーをフィーチャーした、これぞ24Carat Blackという感じのメロウなトラックが並ぶ漆黒の一枚。当時なんでリリースされなかったか理解不能なくらいクオリティ高いです。大推薦！
